Candy Brow Bar developer is the Step 2 of the Candy tinting process. You can not complete service without both steps. This developer is full size at 1oz and should last about 5 tint tubes (you do not need as many developer bottles as tint tubes)

Great developer that mix very smoothly with the eyebrow tint. A entire bottle of this always last me at least a year and a half. A little bit goes a very long way.
